Requirements:

-Four year course graduate; preferably with MBA degree
-Extensive marketing experience and exposure in pharmaceutical industry
-Minimum of 2 year/s work experience in Philippine pharmaceutical sales and marketing with proven track record

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs for designated therapeutic class products or portfolio to achieve sales targets and revenue
-Maximize resources and ensure product profitability
-Identifying sales force follow up action after execution of a marketing activity
-Full knowledge of Market Environment

o New approach in managing the disease (explore other usages
o Evolution of the Target Customers (Pharma Industry focused on "triad" customer – md/drugstore/patient).
o Analysis of market to identify strategic direction for promotional platforms & marketing plans (i.e. business expansion, potential target)

-Conceptualize and develop innovative yet sustainable marketing programs. Formulate, communicate, and provide sales force comparative product analysis and marketing strategies
-Interface with sales department and maximize field force utilization to ensure excellence in the implementation of marketing campaigns
-Team up with Training Department to ensure that sales force fully understands and can deliver marketing messages
-Lead in the development of MD Key Opinion Leaders, Speakers and Advisory Board.
-Lead in the management of Medical Societies

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, math, information systems or equivalent technical discipline or equivalent technical experience.

Product Manager For FMCG Company

Responsibilities

Develops the annual business review and business plan assigned brands or products in coordination with the GPM.
Formulates and executes annual, medium-term and long-range marketing plans and strategies for new and existing products to drive brand growth goals.
Ensures timely and flawless execution of all marketing plans.
Recommends, executes and analyzes market researches in coordination with research agency.

Recommends and executes specific strategies for brand advertising programs in coordination with advertising agency and GPM
assists in developing plans for distribution, sales promotion and merchandising programs in conjunction with the sales group.
Coordinates with the Sales and Finance regarding sales forecast and budget preparation.

Identifies and recommends execution of new consumer/customer trends, competitive actions, product improvements and new product developments in coordination with R&D/GPM.

Determines and recommends consumer selling features for the brand by setting product sizing, pricing, packaging and formulation for new and existing products in coordination with GPM.

Coordinates with QA/FDA for the registration of new and existing products
Handles training and development PS.

Preparation of periodic sales and marketing budget reviews
Provides written and oral communication on key activities to management.
Monitors brand revenues/market shares regularly and develops action plans correspondingly.

Ensures all spending are maximized and within the budget.
Coordinates with other departments for the implementation of brand activities

Requirements

Graduate of any business-related course from any top university.
Has at least 5 – 6 years brand management experience, at least 3 years in managerial position from an FMCG Company.
Preferably with experience in handling new product development and market research.

Has championed creative development to implementation of brand activation with above the line and below the line support
Managed Brand’s P&L
Has strong analytical and communication (oral and written) skills
