Yoga Programme for the month of JuLY 2016

 

The Yoga progamme on promotion of positive health which starts from 11.07.2016.  The program will be for 15 days. 

 

There will be three batches in the morning and evening

 

1.  In the morning:  From 10.15 am to 11.45 am

 

2.  In the morning: 10.00 am to 11.30 am

 

3.  In the Evening:  From 07.00 pm to 08.30 pm

 

Venue:  Mytri Centre for peace, KCC Nagar,  Bagalur Road, Hosur.

 

The people covered through this program so far from April 2000 to till date will be around 9000  (in and around Hosur) .
