Chennai Petroleum Rights Issue

Chennai Petroleum Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2014, has deferred the proposal for in-principle approval for issue of rights shares to the shareholders of the Company.

Record Date – SRG Housing Finance Bonus Issue

SRG Housing Finance has fixed 30 May 2014 as the record date for the purpose of issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 2:5 (i.e. 2 equity shares for every 5 shares held).
